It was embarrassing to tell our departed friend’s sister that the ribbon was to say “Brother in Christ” not just “Brother”. For almost $200 after “fees” and taxes, this was unacceptable. I also thought the arrangement would be larger. The flowers were beautiful, but I was mortified when I saw the arrangement only said Brother. If that would not fit, it should not have been allowed to be entered online.

Very satisfied with the flowers, overall presentation and the store team. While this was a very minor issue, this would have been an all '5 star' review except for the detail on the attached card. It was meant to make a statement and I submitted it exactly how I wanted it printed. Instead they ran the statement and the 'from' names together in one sentence.
